Ian Gee, Matthew Hanwell

Ian has worked in Organisation Development (OD) for the past 30 years. Ian is regularly asked to speak at national and international conferences on issues to do with change and OD. Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the area of people centric information technology in high-tech industries. He has been responsible for developing and driving HR systems and technology, web based services, analytics, new ways of working focusing on community, collaboration and social media.
