He has over 25 years of experience in HR and enterpreneurship and his areas is specialisation include Executive Coaching, Strategy and culture, Leading organization change, Leading Innovation, and Business Development. He is a Certified FIRO-B Assessor and also a Certified Assessor for the Hogan Instrument.
