Gaurav Garg

Gaurav Garg is the General Manager, HCM, at CapitalVia Global Research. Gaurav is a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR) from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and B.Tech from NIT, Surat. He has joined CapitalVia to lead its 'People Initiatives'. Prior to this he was working with Bharti Airtel and was responsible for talent management & development and also handled employee engagement, performance management, job rotation and succession planning.
