E. Balaji

Balaji serves as MD and CEO of Randstad India and has over 17 years of experience in HR strategy, staffing, training and assessment services. Mr. Balaji started his career with Ma Foi in 1994 and serves as a Director of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. He is a certified Lead Auditor (IRCA, UK) for ISO 9001:2000 and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds an MBA from School of Management, Pondicherry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. He has also done a Senior Executive program in INSEAD.
