Debashis Patnaik

Debashis Patnaik is the Human Resource Leader for the EMC India Center of Excellence based out of Bangalore. He spearheads the HR practice at India CoE and his responsibilities include the HR Business partner function; employee development; inclusion & diversity; compensation and benefits; staffing and all aspects of people strategy. Debashis joined EMC from Cisco where he was the Director & HR Business Partner for Service Sales group for Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific. Prior to Cisco, he was with Microsoft India for over nine years. Debashis holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack and a degree in Law from Campus Law Center, University of Delhi.
