Chandrika Pasricha is the Founder & CEO of Flexing It (www.flexingit.com), a recently launched marketplace for short-term and flexible skills in India. Prior to this, she has been a management consultant for over 15 years in both India and the US, with the bulk of that time spent with McKinsey & Co. While nurturing Flexing It, Chandrika continues to take on limited consulting assignments as well with healthcare and development forming her areas of focus.
