Bharti Dekate is an Organisation Development consultant, a coach and an educator. She consults in areas of Design, Diagnostics, Transformations, Culture and Capability. She has extensive experience in design and delivery of Competency Frameworks, Employer Brand Audits, Talent Management and Assessment initiatives across Pharmaceuticals, Banking and Financial Services, ITES, FMCG, Retail and Media industries. She coaches leaders from corporate and non-profits in across the globe on goals of entrepreneurship, women leadership, transitions and growth. Bharti specialised in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2002. She is certified in administration and interpretation of several clinical / cognitive / personality instruments and in Design Thinking methods. She is an active member of International Association of Facilitators, International Coaching Federation, teaches at post-graduate colleges like SP Jain FMB course, TISS HRM course, TISS OD, Change Transformation course. She volunteers her time for public health and disaster management NGOs, sits on the board of DoctorsForYou and runs an education initiative to empower parents, teachers, school systems and students on topics of cybersafety, bodysafety, personality and careers.
