Ajay Venkatesh

Ajay Venkatesh is an HR consultant working with one of the leading big 4 consulting firms specializing in the talent management, organization behavior, culture and change consulting space working as an Associate Director. He is an alumnus of IIM-K and MIT, Pune, and a certified assessor and competency developer. Having worked across diverse industry sectors on multiple HR initiatives, Ajay has also co-authored a research report on thought leadership on gender diversity and co-authored the Covid 19 HR practice report. He is an HR enthusiast and loves to contribute towards the fraternity.
