The results underscore the varying benefits across different sectors, with employees in the energy, utilities, and clean technology industries reporting the highest average savings of 75 minutes per day. Other sectors demonstrating notable time savings include:

• Financial services sector: 57 minutes saved daily
• Aerospace and defense sector: 52 minutes saved daily

"This trend appears to be prevalent across various industries, suggesting a broader positive impact of AI."

Despite the promising findings, there remains a degree of skepticism regarding AI's return on investment. As organizations increasingly implement AI technologies, some executives are growing impatient with the slow realization of benefits. Previous research from Gartner even predicted that around 30% of generative AI projects may be abandoned by the end of 2025 due to the challenges faced during development and deployment.
