TPG announces new executive appointments

TPG Telecom, with primary focus on its three strategic priorities of owned infrastructure, enterprise and households, announces three executive new hires. 

Craig Levy was appointed as Group Executive, Business Development, effective from July 19. It is a newly created role where Craig Levy is responsible for handling the group's on-net strategy,  fixed wireless, and product innovation to attract more customers on the company's owned infrastructure. Craig Levy, with his extensive experience, played a significant role in launching TGP's 5G home internet product and expansion of 4G home wireless strategy world-wide.

Referring to Craig's appointment, CEO Iñaki Berroeta  said, “He will be responsible for leading the increased focus on this significant opportunity area and driving continuous innovation to meet customers’ needs in a rapidly changing environment".

 Jonathan Rutherford, with 20 years of experience, is appointed as Group Executive, Enterprise and Government, effective from July 27.  Addressing Jonathan Rutherford's services and appointment, CEO Iñaki Berroeta welcomed him and said  “Jonathan is known for building high-performance, customer-focused teams across the UK and Europe, and I welcome him to TPG Telecom".

Ana Bordeianu was appointed as Group Executive, Customer Operations and Shared Services, effective from July 19. Ana Bordeianu is entrusted to handle customer service operations and to enhance consistent user experience for the company. All these roles were newly created by TPG to enhance and maximize its growth potential, business development , customer care services as well as operations across the globe. “Working closely with Group Executive Consumer Kieren Cooney, Ana and her team will work to drive household growth with an enhanced end-to-end customer journey", said Iñaki Berroeta.

“As we focus on our strategic priorities of driving growth in enterprise, households and NBN alternatives, the appointments will build on the significant momentum already underway in these key opportunity areas", said Iñaki Berroeta, CEO TPG Telecom.

“Now that we have completed our foundational year following the merger, these are strategic changes to ensure we have the best people in the roles which will take the company forward into the future," he added. 

Apart from the above-mentioned appointments, TPG has also appointed Christine Russo as senior enterprise leader for the role of General Manager Enterprise & Government Customer Sales and Strategy, TPG.
