Nutanix ropes in VMWare’s Matt Maw as new ANZ channel chief

Infrastructure firm Nutanix announced this week that they have roped in Matt Maw as their new head of channel sales for the Australia and New Zealand region. 

As the new channel chief, Maw will be tasked with executing Nutanix's vision of expanding with their ANZ channel partners.

Okta appoints industry veteran Phil Goldie to lead its Australia and New Zealand Business

Earlier this week, Identity and access management vendor Okta appointed long-time Microsoft veteran Phil Goldie to lead its Australia and New Zealand business.

Prior to Okta, he was leading various roles in Microsoft including NZ director of commercial and partner business and other leadership roles.

Fahad Naeem named Country Director at Randstad Malaysia

Global recruitment agency and HR solutions company Randstad announced the internal promotion of Fahad Naeem from Head of Operations to Country Director at Randstad Malaysia, earlier this week. 

Naeem first joined Randstad back in 2012 in our early days in Malaysia. He later returned in 2018 as a strategic and ambitious move to grow and deepen our technology recruitment capabilities.

ArcelorMittal appoints Stephanie Werner-Dietz as executive vice president and global head of HR

Global steel and mining company ArcelorMittal announced yesterday that Stephanie Werner-Dietz will join the company on September 1, 2022 as executive vice president and global head of human resources (HR).

Stephanie joins ArcelorMittal from Nokia, where she is chief people officer and a member of the group leadership team.

McAfee appoints Greg Johnson as president & CEO

Cybersecurity firm McAfee has announced yesterday that Greg Johnson has been appointed president and chief executive officer (CEO), effective June 13, 2022. 

Johnson’s appointment comes as part of the company’s transition to a pure-play consumer protection company, which began following the divestment of McAfee’s Enterprise security business in 2021.
