People Matters takes over the airwaves with groundbreaking podcast

People Matters, Asia’s largest digital media and community platform focused on the space of People & Work, today launches its newest podcast: People Matters Unplugged.

The podcast kicks off with the theme The Art of the Possible. Season 1 features top names in HR and business in Asia Pacific and gives listeners the stories behind the headlines – from the talent development success of Singapore, to the leadership legacy of unicorn hubs like Indonesia, to the future-forward mindset of business leaders in Australia.

‘Unplugged’ provides an insider look at the strategies of highly respected leaders in APAC and how they steer their organisations and people to success. It offers both a practical and aspirational approach to human capital management.

The first episode airing on 30 November turns the spotlight on Peck Kem Low, CHRO of Singapore's Public Service Division (PSD) and President of the Singapore Human Resource Institute. She shares PSD's own approach to cultivating talent and contributing to Singapore's success in human capital development.

Transforming the lexicon of modern business

"If you want to know the next step towards empowering your people, then you’ve come to the right podcast," said Ester Martinez, CEO and Editor in Chief of People Matters and the host of People Matters Unplugged.

"The goal of the series is to provide you with a closer look at how great leaders strive to become the answer in their own organisations. We will feature conversations with industry greats who are transforming the lexicon of modern business," she said.

"Whether you're leading a team of 10 people or 10,000, People Matters Unplugged encourages you to take stock of your own strategies and stay on the pulse of what’s possible."
