Nathan Gower is Boomi’s new Managing Director for ANZ region

The integration platform-as-a-service (IPaaS) vendor Boomi announced Nathan Gower as its new managing director in the ANZ region. He will be the head of its local operations. Gower is entrusted to drive business alignment and consolidate the on-the-ground support for customers’ rapid adoption of digital processes and services. He will be responsible for doubling down on customer success to lead the company’s wide expansion. Supporting the local channels to help the organisations to thrive in a digital economy will also be one of his priorities. Gower will report to Ajit Melarkode, Boomi vice president for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ).

This appointment has come after running and leading Boomi across Australia and New Zealand in an interim capacity for around 3 months. He replaced Nicholas Lambrou, former Boomi A/NZ managing director, as an interim inclusion in the company which is set to be formalised by his continued leadership of the company across A/NZ.  Gower became a part of Boomi as an enterprise account executive in 2016. He was previously the Retail Corporate Account Executive in Oracle Netsuite. Prior to Netsuite, he worked at Pentana Solutions for 6 years.

Gower said that his prerogative will be to enable organisations to connect their systems, processes, and data to remove any fragmentation which is crucial to survive in this digital age.

Melarkode, on Gower’s appointment, said that he will be driving business alignment and leading the local-arm into the next phase of growth and play an instrumental role in the company's expansion.
