Jena Ladhani joins CBRE GWS as Country MD for Saudi Arabia

CBRE, a multinational real estate consulting firm, has appointed Jena Ladhani as the Country Managing Director of Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), effective immediately. 

Assuming her new role, Ladhani will oversee the development and improvement of CBRE GWS products in the region, as well as enhance facilities management services. She will also help grow the group's business and its partnership with Dar al Riyadh. Her goal will be to support the group in bolstering its position as the leading provider of advanced facility solutions in KSA, including automated maintenance, virtual services, and dynamic solutions that enhance cost-effectiveness, reliability, and sustainability for clients. In addition to promoting innovation, she will also work on creating training programs to support the sustainable growth of the KSA’s FM industry. This includes partnering with educational institutions to provide opportunities for the next generation, aligning with Vision 2030.

Ladhani joined CBRE in 2019 and has successfully delivered strategic outcomes for CBRE and its clients, working across operations, service delivery and procurement. Before her new appointment, she held the position of Procurement Operations Director for the group in EMEA.
