Jason Foster and Pia Rueda join Talent Tier as executives

Online talent sourcing & acquisition marketplace, Talent Tier made new appointments to the leadership team: Jason Foster as their new Vice President of Sales and Pia Rueda as a board member. Foster has a strong understanding of the sales industry and intends to use his knowledge and 30-year experience to better address any challenges the firm encounters. Similarly, Rueda is simultaneously the current Head of HR at Lenovo ANZ- a position she has held since 2007, which will bring a different outlook to the board of members at Talent Tier and the development of the firm. 

As VP of Sales, Jason Foster will be responsible for all sales activities, hiring and development of the Talent Tier sales team, creating and executing sales strategy as well as assisting existing sales processes. His experience in the field is attributed to his work with three of the world’s largest Tech Companies- DXC, Cisco and Dell Technologies. Foster held multiple roles which aided in developing his own personal brand, along with mentors who have helped shape his success to date.

On the other hand, Pia Rueda, joining as Talent Tier’s board member, has a career as illustrious. Her time as HR Generalist at MasterCard had her working closely with senior management before she moved to take on the role of Head of HR for Lenovo.
