Hetal Majithia named Mawson Infrastructure’s new CFO

Sydney-based digital Infrastructure provider, Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. announced last week that it has appointed Hetal Majithia as its Chief Financial Officer.

With over 10 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, she has previously worked on the CFO Advisory Team of PwC in Australia. She held the position of Financial Controller at technology products and services retailer Dixon Carphone, and before that was at KPMG UK. Majithia is also an esteemed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She holds an Economics Honours degree from the University of Southampton.

James Manning, CEO and Founder of Mawson, said that he is elated to appoint Majithia as CFO in the company and added that she is a valuable addition in the team who will make contributions to their growing business. He said: "Hetal brings a wealth of experience from her days at PwC and KPMG, and has already demonstrated her ability to add value to our growing business. As we expand our global operations over the coming years, building a robust and talented team is critical to our success.”

Headquartered in Sydney, Mawson Infrastructure is a digital infrastructure provider which operates across USA and Australia. It has varied functions across bitcoin mining and digital asset management.
