PepsiCo ANZ welcomes Kirsty Charlton as new HR Director

PepsiCo recently announced the appointment of Kirsty Charlton as new HR Director of Australia and New Zealand. 

“I'm excited to share that I've been appointed as HR Director at PepsiCo ANZ! I look forward to leading an awesome HR team and working with both our ANZ Executive team and APAC HR Leadership team to deliver our People First Strategy,” Kirsty posted on Linkedin.

Kirsty is an HR professional, with experience working in operational, commercial, and strategic environments. She has held both business partnering and CoE HR positions to successfully deliver the HR Agenda. She has been able to adapt and leverage her experience and skills to work across a variety of sectors including FMCG, Telecomm, Oil & Gas, and Technology.
