Global digital transformation and product engineering services provider, TO THE NEW, has announced the appointment of Jacob Koshy as the Business Unit Head for their ANZ office.

Along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Jacob has over 20 years of experience across consulting, sales, delivery and operations in a number of industries and global firms like Infosys and Deloitte. At Infosys, he pioneered regional growth strategies to fuel the consultative selling of AI & Automation solutions. He even oversaw the development of technology practices, client partnerships and delivery engagements which enabled Deloitte and Infosys penetrate new markets

As the Business Unit Head, Jacob will oversee the day-to-day operations, training and retention of talent, and be a key player in the company's business strategy. He will also bring a fresh perspective on customer-centric outcomes based on the innovative use of technology and his successes in that arena.
